  1. Who is responsible. Snagrecord, Limassol, Cyprus, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: [email protected].
  2. What we collect and why. We collect only what each part of the site needs.
    • Checklist form: your email address and, if you give it, your expected handover month. Purpose: to send you the free checklist and updates about the launch. Legal basis: your consent (the checkbox on the form). Stored with Brevo on servers in the EU.
    • Pre order: if you reserve a spot, the payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We receive your email, the amount and a payment reference. We never see or store your card number. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
    • Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel): set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent. Necessary cookies (your language choice, your cookie preference) need no consent.
    • Server logs: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps short lived technical logs (IP address, browser, time) for security and performance. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the site safely.
  3. Who receives your data. Brevo (email, EU), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Google (analytics, only with your consent), Meta (advertising, only with your consent). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under the EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.
  4. How long we keep it. Form data: until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe (every email has an unsubscribe link). Payment records: 7 years, as required by tax law. Analytics data: as configured with Google and Meta, at most 26 months. Server logs: a few days.
  5. Your rights. Under the GDPR and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018 you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing done before. Write to [email protected] and we answer within one month. You may also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
  6. Cookies and changing your choice. Open the cookie settings at any time to accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies. Your choice is stored in a necessary cookie for 6 months.
  7. Children. Snagrecord is for adults buying property. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
  8. Changes. We update this page when something changes and we update the date above.

  2. Τι συλλέγουμε και γιατί. Συλλέγουμε μόνο όσα χρειάζεται κάθε μέρος του site.
    • Φόρμα checklist: το email σου και, αν το δώσεις, τον αναμενόμενο μήνα παραλαβής. Σκοπός: να σου στείλουμε το δωρεάν checklist και ενημερώσεις για το launch. Νομική βάση: η συγκατάθεσή σου (το κουτάκι στη φόρμα). Αποθηκεύονται στη Brevo, σε servers στην ΕΕ.
    • Προπαραγγελία: αν κλείσεις θέση, την πληρωμή χειρίζεται αποκλειστικά η Stripe. Εμείς λαμβάνουμε το email σου, το ποσό και έναν κωδικό πληρωμής. Δεν βλέπουμε και δεν αποθηκεύουμε ποτέ τον αριθμό της κάρτας σου. Νομική βάση: εκτέλεση σύμβασης.
    • Cookies ανάλυσης και διαφήμισης (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel): τοποθετούνται μόνο αν τα αποδεχτείς στο banner. Νομική βάση: η συγκατάθεσή σου. Τα απαραίτητα cookies (γλώσσα, επιλογή cookies) δεν χρειάζονται συγκατάθεση.
    • Server logs: η Cloudflare, που φιλοξενεί το site, κρατά για λίγο τεχνικά logs (διεύθυνση IP, browser, ώρα) για ασφάλεια και απόδοση. Νομική βάση: το έννομο συμφέρον μας για ασφαλή λειτουργία του site.
  3. Ποιοι λαμβάνουν τα δεδομένα σου. Brevo (email, ΕΕ), Stripe (πληρωμές), Cloudflare (φιλοξενία), Google (ανάλυση, μόνο με συγκατάθεση), Meta (διαφήμιση, μόνο με συγκατάθεση). Κάποιοι από αυτούς μπορεί να επεξεργάζονται δεδομένα εκτός ΕΕ βάσει των τυποποιημένων συμβατικών ρητρών της ΕΕ. Δεν πουλάμε τα δεδομένα σου.
  4. Για πόσο τα κρατάμε. Δεδομένα φόρμας: μέχρι να ανακαλέσεις τη συγκατάθεση ή να κάνεις unsubscribe (κάθε email έχει σχετικό link). Στοιχεία πληρωμών: 7 έτη, όπως απαιτεί η φορολογική νομοθεσία. Δεδομένα ανάλυσης: σύμφωνα με τις ρυθμίσεις σε Google και Meta, το πολύ 26 μήνες. Server logs: λίγες ημέρες.
  5. Τα δικαιώματά σου. Βάσει του GDPR και του Νόμου 125(I)/2018 μπορείς να ζητήσεις πρόσβαση, διόρθωση, διαγραφή, περιορισμό και φορητότητα των δεδομένων σου, και να αντιταχθείς στην επεξεργασία. Μπορείς να ανακαλέσεις τη συγκατάθεσή σου ανά πάσα στιγμή, χωρίς να επηρεάζεται η επεξεργασία που έγινε πριν. Γράψε στο [email protected] και απαντάμε εντός ενός μήνα. Μπορείς επίσης να υποβάλεις παράπονο στον Επίτροπο Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα της Κύπρου (dataprotection.gov.cy).
  6. Cookies και αλλαγή επιλογής. Άνοιξε τις ρυθμίσεις cookies όποτε θέλεις για να αποδεχτείς ή να απορρίψεις τα cookies ανάλυσης και διαφήμισης. Η επιλογή σου αποθηκεύεται σε ένα απαραίτητο cookie για 6 μήνες.
  7. Ανήλικοι. Το Snagrecord απευθύνεται σε ενήλικες αγοραστές ακινήτων. Δεν συλλέγουμε εν γνώσει μας δεδομένα ατόμων κάτω των 18.
  8. Αλλαγές. Ενημερώνουμε αυτή τη σελίδα όταν κάτι αλλάζει, μαζί με την ημερομηνία στην κορυφή.
